Join me, Morwhenna - The Creative Adventurer on a Famous Five-esq adventure this summer. These VIP days are for YOU to get unstuck from where you are now and get you moving towards where you want to be.
This is coaching with a difference.
With me as your guide you will become a detective and uncover treasure about yourself and the magic of using the CAN Approach. CAN is a combination of Coaching, Art and Nature which I’ve developed and used on myself and lots of lovely clients.
This is an opportunity for you to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and focus on what you want and to create some clear steps forwards. I’ll be supporting you every step of the way.
We’ll get creative, laugh, explore, play, drink lashings of ginger beer (optional!) and generally have an adventure! The day will be totally focused and tailored to you.
This is for YOU!
What’s involved?
You’ll come to my studio and we’ll start off with a cup of something (tea or coffee) and set the intention for the day.
Then off to our first destination in Henry to explore and start the activities! We’ll do a creative exercise together to get this moving. If you’ve done any of my Doodleicious, Connect to Nature or Goals setting courses you’ll have an idea of the kinds of activities I like to use and play with. Just because it’s fun doesn’t mean its any less powerful. In fact it’s MORE powerful!
Lunch – depending on the weather we will either have a sumptuous picnic or we will go to one of the fabulous local eateries nearby. We'll have an amazing view wherever we go!
After lunch we will do a quick buzzing exercise to get us moving again and then head off to the second location for our second creative adventure and exercise!
We’ll gradually wind our way back to my studio where we will have time to ensure the actions you have been setting yourself throughout the day are clear and motivating for you. We’ll end with some calming reiki to close day.
I’ll email you a week afterwards to see how you are getting on and offer any further support you might need.

VIP Creative Adventurer Days run from 10.00 - 16.00
and will be available through out August and September
£150 for the VIP day with a follow up 'how are ya doing' email
£250 VIP Day and TWO follow up 60 mins Coaching Sessions
valid for 6 months after our day together.
VIP days include all arts materials, drinks and lunch

Hi – I’m Morwhenna aka The Creative Adventurer! I help people rediscover their creativity and sense of adventure for a richer life. I do this by combining Coaching, Art & Nature which I call The CAN approach. I also go on my own adventures. In June/July this year I went on a 177 mile modern day pilgrimage from Brecon 2 Morwenstow following 'roughly' in the footsteps of the 5th century saint Morwhenna. Each day I created a 'Postcard from a Pilgrim' I’m currently writing a book about this adventure.
